According to Oschino, Tory was stabbed by an inmate—described as a “Mexican” serving a life sentence for pedophilia—after allegedly disrespecting proper prison etiquette during a visitation. Vlad added that the stabbing was an attempted murder, not just a warning, and might have been sanctioned by prison gangs, illustrating the severity of the incident. The attack reportedly stemmed from Tory flirting with the inmate’s girlfriend during visitation, which is a serious violation of prison “codes.” Both agreed Tory’s lack of prison experience and misunderstanding of the environment made him vulnerable.
