Speaking with VladTV, Uncle Murda acknowledged the heavy evidence against Durk, saying, “It’s looking bad,” and emphasizing the hope that Durk can navigate the case and reunite with his family. The case involves multiple co-defendants, and a recent court decision denied a separate trial, meaning all accused will face the charges together.
Rumors have surfaced about possible cooperation from some co-defendants, which is often a critical factor in federal cases. Durk’s attorney, Drew Findling, has successfully gotten several charges dismissed, including controversial claims linking one of Durk’s songs to the criminal allegations. However, VladTV highlighted that the biggest threat remains if others involved turn witness against Durk to reduce their own sentences.
