In a recent interview, Lil Woody weighed in on the serious murder-for-hire charges facing Lil Durk, linked to the death of a cousin of Quando Rondo in Beverly Hills. Despite mounting evidence and cooperators, Lil Woody believes Lil Durk has a chance to beat the case, calling the alleged actions “stupid” and counterproductive. He stressed that avenging King Von, who was killed in a separate incident, won’t bring him back, and the best tribute is taking care of Von’s family and legacy.
Reflecting on the fatal altercation involving King Von and Quando Rondo’s security, Lil Woody and others agreed that the security was acting in self-defense. Lil Woody argued Durk knows the street code and would not recklessly involve himself in such a situation. He expressed skepticism about the prosecution's narrative, suggesting someone might be trying to frame Durk despite his street-savvy mindset and intelligence.
