In a candid interview, Mob Piru affiliate Neckbone addressed the devastating fallout following the collapse of Death Row Records, which led to former allies within the Mob Piru Bloods turning on each other. Reflecting on the chaos after rapper Spock’s death and many fellow members being killed or imprisoned, Neckbone expressed deep confusion and heartbreak over the violence among longtime friends who once shared strong bonds.
When asked about who was responsible, Neckbone hinted at serious internal disagreements at the top, though he refrained from outright blaming any one individual such as Suge Knight, who has often been implicated by others. “For everybody to be homies all these years and for that to happen, it had to be some hell of who was at the head of that,” he said, emphasizing that the conflict was too intense to come from the homies themselves.
