In a revealing interview, Neckbone addressed his involvement in a violent shootout linked to Suge Knight and a tragic killing during a DJ Quik concert at the El Rey Theatre. The incident reportedly stemmed from a fight that Suge had tried to break up, which escalated and involved innocent bystanders. Neckbone revealed he was incarcerated at the time but was still wrongfully accused of the murder. “Gossip paid to spread lies” fueled the false allegations, he explained.
He also discussed tense moments outside Club Palace, where a gunfight occurred involving Suge, Diamond, and others, resulting in Diamond being shot. Neckbone reflected on his close relationship with rapper Rage, with whom he shares a daughter. Despite her talent and historic role in kicking off Snoop Dogg’s album, her career was hampered by Death Row’s internal turmoil and label disputes.
