In a recent interview, Sly Diggler revealed that Homeland Security subpoenaed him amid the high-profile Diddy legal case. After being contacted by federal authorities, Sly was appointed a lawyer and twice had to travel to New York to comply with their demands, including handing over phone records. Although he was warned about potential prostitution charges, Sly secured immunity through a proffer agreement, allowing him to share information without self-incrimination.
Despite initial fears about testifying, Sly says prosecutors eventually decided not to call him to the stand during the trial. However, he explained that in the upcoming 2025 trial, 50 Cent’s baby mother reportedly mentioned his real name while discussing male escorts. Sly expressed frustration over her use of his legal name instead of his stage name, acknowledging the complicated spotlight the case has cast on him.
