DJ Vlad revealed that while he has never been offered money to withhold interviews, he has chosen to hold back content out of respect for personal relationships or sensitive circumstances. DJ Vlad shared an example involving Charleston White, whom he stopped interviewing at the request of Boosie, with whom Vlad has a stronger friendship. Vlad also recounted interviewing women who disclosed affairs but chose not to release the stories after speaking with those involved. Addressing a question from Lord Jamar about sitting on potentially life-destroying information, Vlad admitted to withholding emotional footage of the late rapper JayDaYoungan, who was visibly distressed during an interview before his passing. Vlad emphasized that his decisions to withhold content come from ethical considerations rather than monetary offers.
