When police arrived, Rod allegedly tried to flee on foot, breaking through a fence in the process—captured on video and cited as a dramatic escape attempt. Charged with 13 offenses, including aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during a felony, and tampering with evidence, Rod Wave’s lawyer, Drew Findling, claims his client was a victim of burglary and denies all charges.
