The clip quickly spread across social media, with some users accusing Brown of favoring lighter-skinned women during his shows and past music videos — a criticism he’s faced before.
Brown wasted no time clapping back at the narrative, taking to his Instagram Stories to address the accusations head-on. “MISS ME WITH COLORIST RAGE BAITING!!” he wrote in bold text, clearly frustrated with the discourse. Shortly after, he added another message hinting at his next move: “I'ma take a break from social media. Y'all done pissed me off long enough.” Not long after those posts, Brown’s Instagram account was no longer active, sparking even more conversations among fans and critics alike.
