Tekashi 6ix9ine opened up about his complicated relationship with his biological father, Daniel Hernandez Sr., who abandoned him early in life. Tekashi, born and raised in Bushwick, Brooklyn, shared that he only met his real dad when he was around 8 or 9 years old. Until then, he believed his stepfather was his biological father. Despite his father’s struggles with substance abuse and legal issues, Tekashi expressed that these problems don’t excuse his absence.
