Hip hop pioneer Busy Bee opened up about his relationship with Bee-Stinger, one of Afrika Bambaataa's earliest accusers. Busy Bee, who knew both Bambaataa and Bee-Stinger personally from their days in the Bronx and the Zulu Nation, expressed his shock upon learning about the allegations. When the accusations surfaced, he immediately contacted Bee-Stinger to understand what was happening and ultimately distanced himself from the situation. While Busy Bee respects his legacy as a Zulu King and longtime associate of Bambaataa, he admitted the revelations were “mind-blowing.” He also noted that Bambaataa later distanced himself from the Zulu Nation.
