Lil Jon has taken his passion for wellness to a whole new stage. The Grammy-winning rapper and producer recently made his fitness competition debut at the Muscle Beach Championship in Venice Beach, Los Angeles. Entering the Men’s Physique Master’s Over 45 category, the Atlanta native impressed judges and fans alike, earning third place in his very first event.

The accomplishment is one Lil Jon proudly celebrated with his followers. Posting on Instagram, he thanked his trainer, his family, and his supporters for encouraging him throughout the journey. Beyond the trophy, he emphasized the discipline and transformation behind the milestone. “It’s been a lot physically, just in the gym, dedication, eating, focus,” he told reporters during the competition. “I’m winning just by being here and changing my lifestyle, mentally and physically.”

For Lil Jon, the competition was more than a personal challenge—it was a chance to inspire others. He acknowledged how common it is for people to feel too busy or overwhelmed to prioritize their health, but urged fans to see his progress as proof that transformation is possible at any stage of life. “If I can do it, then you can do it too,” he said.

His appearance at Muscle Beach reflects a broader commitment to wellness. Earlier this year, Lil Jon released a 10-track guided meditation album centered on fitness and mindfulness. He’s also been open about the lifestyle habits that helped him reach peak condition, including his go-to treadmill routine: incline 15, speed 2–3 mph, a strategy he says is key to shedding fat and maintaining endurance. Whether behind the mic or on stage at a fitness competition, Lil Jon continues to reinvent himself while motivating others to do the same.
