Young Thug’s week just got even heavier as another round of alleged audio leaks has surfaced online, piling onto the already intense scrutiny surrounding him. The audio reportedly captures conversations between Thugger and 21 Savage that touch on two of the most heated topics in the YSL saga: Gunna’s standing in the rap world and Unfoonk’s plea deal.
In one alleged call, 21 Savage can be heard suggesting that rappers dissing Gunna are mostly chasing clout. The two supposedly zero in on Lil Baby, who unfollowed Gunna on social media last year after their chart-topping run with "Drip Too Hard." 21 Savage argues that Lil Baby jumped the gun by moving against Wunna, while Thug allegedly doubled down by saying an unfollow is “lil’ boy s***.” He also emphasized that he’s never dissed Gunna, though he did claim Lil Durk has openly done so.
Meanwhile, the audio adds another layer of drama, this time involving family. In it, Young Thug and 21 Savage allegedly talk about Unfoonk—Thug’s older brother—who walked free from the YSL RICO trial after accepting a plea deal. The conversation reportedly has 21 Savage saying he heard Young Thug encouraged Unfoonk to take the offer, to which Thug denies ever doing so. The timing is messy, as Thug had just posted on X that he told his brother to accept the deal, citing the 12 years Unfoonk had already served and the toll it was taking on their mother.
With accusations of “snitching” flying since August 27 and every new leak making the story murkier, the chaos around Young Thug only continues to deepen.
