Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is known for his lightning-fast speed on the field, but off the field, his divorce from estranged wife Keeta Vaccaro is shaping up to be a marathon of financial and legal battles. Court filings reveal staggering monthly payments, heated disputes over spending, and custody issues surrounding their infant daughter.
According to documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Hill has been ordered to provide Vaccaro with between $20,000 and $50,000 per month in “status quo” support. On top of that, she’s already received a $500,000 check, $100,000 for a new car, and more than $450,000 to cover legal fees. Vaccaro, who filed for divorce in April after an incident at the couple’s Miami condo, was also granted exclusive use of their $5.5 million waterfront apartment, while Hill remains responsible for the mortgage, insurance, utilities, and internet.
The divorce has ballooned to more than 130 court filings, fueled by disagreements over finances, assets, and custody of their 8-month-old daughter, Capri. One point of contention involved Vaccaro’s use of Hill’s debit card, which she allegedly used to pay off student loans and transfer money to her mother. While she testified that she regularly received up to $50,000 a month in spending money through the card, Hill restricted her access after those transactions. The judge ultimately sided with Hill in cutting off bank account access but required him to provide $100,000 for Vaccaro to purchase her own vehicle instead of continuing to use his luxury Bentley.
Hill’s legal bills are also mounting. While Vaccaro initially requested over $1.1 million in attorney fees, Judge Spencer Multack reduced the amount to $457,517, still payable by Hill. The court also ordered him to maintain health insurance for both Vaccaro and Capri in addition to covering ongoing condo expenses.
This bitter split is far from Hill’s first off-field controversy. He briefly filed for divorce just two months after marrying Vaccaro in late 2023, later claiming the move was a mistake by his legal team. His personal history includes a 2014 domestic violence case in college, child abuse allegations during his Kansas City Chiefs tenure in 2019, and ongoing lawsuits, including a claim from influencer Sophie Hall, who accused Hill of breaking her leg during a casual scrimmage. He is also fighting multiple paternity disputes.
Meanwhile, Vaccaro recently revealed on Instagram that she rushed Capri to the emergency room after a sudden health scare. Describing the ordeal as “scary and stressful,” she said her daughter was quickly treated by doctors and is now “going to be OK.” Followers flooded the comments with prayers and well wishes for the infant’s recovery.
With the divorce settlement still unresolved, the financial stakes for Hill remain enormous, and the case could ultimately cost him millions more. For now, the star receiver is juggling his future in the NFL with one of the most expensive—and contentious—marital breakups in recent sports history.
