Daniel Phillip shared his experience testifying first in the high-profile trial against Diddy, describing intense emotions and tension on the stand. Phillip revealed he was “really angry” at Diddy, believing the situation could’ve been avoided if Diddy had simply paid Cassie before she filed her lawsuit. During cross-examination, Phillip said Diddy tried to intimidate him, which Phillip understood as a tactic to undermine a key witness testifying against him. Phillip clarified that while he witnessed Diddy violently dragging a woman by her hair, he didn’t directly observe other alleged crimes. Phillip emphasized he wasn’t out to ruin Diddy’s life but believed punishment should fit the violence he saw.
