Sean Kingston and his mother were found guilty of running a scam involving unpaid purchases, with prosecutors seeking a six-and-a-half-year sentence for Kingston. Bobby expressed sympathy, suggesting financial struggles may have driven Kingston into illegal activity. He pointedly blamed Kingston’s former label for failing to support him properly, stating that artists often face hardships after leaving major labels and don’t know how to sustain their income independently.
