Kelsie Frost, daughter of hip hop producer and reality TV personality Kirk Frost, is mourning the tragic loss of her boyfriend, Atlanta rapper T Hood, who was killed Friday in Snellville, Georgia. According to reports, the 33-year-old artist was shot at his home following an argument with an unidentified individual. First responders transported him to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. Police have confirmed one arrest in connection to the shooting, with the investigation still ongoing.
Frost, who previously appeared on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta and is a rapper herself, took to Instagram just hours after T Hood’s death to share a heartbreaking tribute: “Just come and get me baby please…..🙏 I can’t even type this. I love you papa. I can’t wait to hold you again.” In subsequent, now-deleted Instagram Stories, she addressed online rumors and speculation surrounding his killing, stating she was advised not to speak out but felt compelled to defend herself and her relationship. “The love of my life is GONE… I am sick to my stomach. I don’t wish this on anyone,” she wrote.
Pushing back against what she described as “false narratives” and “conspiracy theories,” Frost made it clear she had no involvement in the incident and was also grieving. “I love my man with my ENTIRE HEART… I didn’t harm anyone or ask anyone to harm him!!!” she insisted, revealing she only contacted his mother after the shooting. Frost also shared that T Hood had still been recovering from a previous shooting where he was hit three times, and emphasized that she and T Hood always kept their personal matters private.
In her emotional messages, Frost asked the public to stop spreading unverified claims, saying, “Stop playing on my name, real ones know he wouldn’t approve.” She promised to “keep speaking my truth for my baby,” expressing both her heartbreak and frustration at being targeted while in mourning. “He was leaving & he should still be here!!!” she wrote. For now, Frost says she is focusing on honoring T Hood’s memory while police continue to investigate the tragic events that took his life.
