Boosie is letting fans know they don’t have to worry about him disappearing from the stage anytime soon.

The Baton Rouge rapper recently addressed concerns in his DMs about whether his upcoming shows would be canceled after he takes a plea deal in his federal gun possession case. Boosie explained that his August 26 court date is not for sentencing — instead, federal court procedures mean sentencing will happen two to three months later.

“Once you take a plea, your sentencing ain’t till two, three months after that,” he told fans. “I’m going to be at every show, of course. Pool parties still going on, still going to be crazy.”

Boosie reassured supporters that all his scheduled performances are still on, and he encouraged fans to grab tickets while they can. He also reminded promoters that he remains a top draw, calling himself “Mr. Sell Out Your Arena” and “Mr. Sell Out Your Club.”

While Boosie has accepted a plea deal after more than two years of legal battles, his focus for now is on delivering his signature high-energy shows until his sentencing later this year.
