As the highly anticipated Hot Boys reunion tour makes its rounds across the country, fans have been quick to notice the absence of one key member—Turk. The New Orleans rapper, who was originally slated to join Juvenile, Lil Wayne, and B.G. on the long-awaited tour, is no longer part of the lineup, and now Juvenile is speaking out.

In a recent sit-down with Sway, Juvenile opened up about the situation, expressing his disappointment and clarifying that Turk’s removal wasn’t something he had any control over.

“You know me, I'm one of those people that I try to make everything right. I was the one fighting to get him on the tour.”

Juvenile emphasized that despite his efforts, the final decision was not his to make.

“This was one of those situations where it was out of my control,” he continued. “The power was there with the people booking us for the tours. They made a decision.”

When asked whether the rest of the group could have stood together to demand Turk's inclusion, Juvenile explained that the tour had already gained too much momentum to reverse course without disappointing fans and promoters alike.

“We so far into the tour, it's kind of like we got to finish what we started,” he said. “In the beginning, we were doing that—that’s why he was on the tour in the first place. But now we’re moving, we’ve got deposits, people bought tickets. It's like… do you let the fans down?”

Caught between loyalty to his friend and commitments to fans and business partners, Juvenile acknowledged the difficult position he found himself in.

“It’s that little… how do they say it? You're walking a thin line,” he said. “You don’t know what’s right and what’s wrong.”

While Turk’s absence is certainly felt by longtime fans of the iconic Cash Money group, Juvenile’s remarks make it clear that he did what he could to keep the original lineup intact. For now, the show goes on—with hopes that future opportunities might bring the full Hot Boys squad back together again.
