As Sean “Diddy” Combs awaits sentencing on federal prostitution charges, his former girlfriend Virginia “Gina” Huynh is standing by him—despite being named by prosecutors as one of his victims.

Huynh recently took to social media to explain why she wrote a letter of support for Combs to the judge overseeing his case. The move raised eyebrows after she was identified as “Victim-3” in the federal indictment. Still, Huynh insists her decision was personal and rooted in forgiveness—not public pressure.

“I’ve never been the type of person to follow crowds & trends. I’m not a follower,” she said in posts later shared by The Shade Room. “You sheeps act like I can’t forgive a man I once loved… I’m not gonna kick him while he’s down cause y’all want me to. BI**H I DONT EVEN KNOW YOU… TF lol goofies… ima always have his back.”

In the letter submitted to the court, Huynh acknowledged that their relationship had its issues but said Combs had shown a willingness to grow. “Our relationship, like many, was not always perfect. We experienced ups and downs, and mistakes were made,” she wrote. “But he was willing to acknowledge his mistakes and make better decisions in the future.”

Huynh was never called to testify in court, as prosecutors reportedly lost contact with her and her attorney after issuing a subpoena. Her statement, along with a formal bail request from Combs’ legal team, was not enough to sway Judge Arun Subramanian. For the fifth time, the judge denied bail, citing the music mogul as a potential flight risk and danger to the community.

Combs is currently being held without bond and is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3, 2025.
