Tory Lanez reached out to Chrisean Rock with a heartfelt message during a recent phone call from jail, urging the reality star to find peace through her faith.
In audio shared by Rock via Instagram Stories on Tuesday night (July 22), the Alone at Prom artist spoke candidly with Chrisean about the importance of quiet time with God. Rather than preaching, Lanez took a more personal and brotherly approach, offering encouragement rooted in spiritual reflection.
“You just gotta take that time and be intimate with Him, bro,” Lanez said. “He wants you to actually spend some time with Him. Spend some time in prayer away from people... not worrying about what everybody’s talking about.”
Rock, who has publicly embraced her spirituality following her release from jail, expressed deep appreciation for the call. “This mean a lot, bro,” she told Lanez during the conversation. “I appreciate it, Tory.”
Lanez continued to speak with compassion and clarity, acknowledging the chaos that often surrounds Rock’s name. “You dealing with a lot, but it’s all going to be okay. And it’s all going to be for the greater good.”
Rock appeared moved by the exchange and later captioned the video: “Thank You God for the words of encouragement. I love you Tory. FREE YOU HE INNOCENT 💯.”
