Sean "Diddy" Combs has been hit with a sexual battery lawsuit filed by an anonymous man using the pseudonym "John Doe," who alleges the music mogul engaged in a disturbing act involving one of The Notorious B.I.G.'s shirts.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the incident allegedly took place around September 2020, when John Doe claims he was attending a private listening session for a new Biggie Smalls project with Diddy. During the session, he says Diddy pressured him to take ketamine before leading him and a group of others to a warehouse storing the late rapper’s belongings.
John Doe alleges that once inside, he found himself alone with Diddy in a room, where Diddy was watching pornography on his phone. He claims Diddy then grabbed one of Biggie’s shirts from a rack, masturbated into it, and ordered John Doe to "finish him off." The lawsuit alleges that before John Doe could react, Diddy ejaculated onto the shirt and threw it at him, causing semen to land on his arm and lap. As he exited the room, Diddy allegedly said, “RIP Biggie.”
The lawsuit also references a separate alleged incident from 2005, in which John Doe says Diddy forcibly shoved his penis in his face and demanded oral sex.
John Doe is suing for sexual battery and the intentional infliction of emotional distress.
As of now, Diddy has not publicly responded to the latest allegations.
