West Coast rapper EBK Jaaybo is staring down a potential 30-year prison sentence after being indicted on a series of federal gun and drug charges in Arkansas.
According to AllHipHop, the 21-year-old artist was pulled over on Interstate 40 in Arkansas on May 18. During the traffic stop, authorities discovered marijuana, unidentified pills, $8,379 in cash, and a stolen Glock pistol outfitted with a machine gun conversion device. The firearm was later confirmed to have been reported stolen in California.
Following the discovery, federal prosecutors indicted EBK Jaaybo on several serious charges, including:
-Possession of a machine gun in furtherance of drug trafficking
-Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
-Transporting a firearm across state lines while under indictment
This incident comes just two months after a previous arrest in March 2025 in his hometown of Stockton, California. That case involved charges for drug and ammunition possession, driving without a license, and violating probation. Jaaybo was released on bond shortly after the March arrest, only to be arrested again in May.
Last week, EBK Jaaybo entered a plea of not guilty in the Arkansas case. A trial date has been scheduled for late July. If convicted on all counts, he faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 years in federal prison.
