Ray J made surprising claims during a recent livestream with Amber Rose, alleging that he witnessed the 2020 shooting incident involving Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez — the case that ultimately resulted in Lanez receiving a 10-year prison sentence.
In the livestream, Ray J stated he saw “a girl shooting,” which many interpreted as a reference to Megan’s former friend, Kelsey Harris. According to Ray J and Amber, the woman allegedly fired three shots into the air before Tory Lanez intervened, grabbing her arm, which caused the gun to go off two more times.
The explosive claims add a new layer to the ongoing debate surrounding the case, despite a jury finding Tory Lanez guilty on all counts, including assault with a semiautomatic firearm and discharging a firearm with gross negligence.
Amber Rose has previously voiced her support for Lanez, telling Chris Cuomo in an interview earlier this year, “I’m advocating for Tory Lanez because the evidence shows that he’s innocent. He deserves to be pardoned by Governor Gavin Newsom. He’s 100 percent exonerated from the gun, and for that alone, he should be home with his family.”
Neither Megan Thee Stallion nor Kelsey Harris has responded to Ray J’s recent claims.
