Orlando Brown is once again going viral—this time for making serious accusations against Ray J in a recent social media video.

In the clip, the former That’s So Raven star claims Ray J allowed him to smoke weed when he was just 13 years old, without his mother’s permission.

“Ray J’s first problem is he did this—he dragged me down to his house, like, I was 13 years old, and smoked weed in the house without my momma’s permission,” Brown stated.

At that time, Brown would have been starring on Disney Channel’s hit show That’s So Raven, playing Eddie Thomas from 2003 to 2007.

But the claims didn’t stop there. Brown expressed feelings of betrayal and went on to call Ray J “the dope man,” alleging he was involved in supplying drugs to major figures in the industry. In a shocking escalation, Orlando accused Ray J of giving drugs to both Diddy and Cassie, and even claimed that Ray J "sold Whitney the death pack"—a direct reference to Whitney Houston’s tragic passing in 2012.

These explosive accusations come just days after Ray J took to a livestream to shut down resurfacing rumors about his alleged connection to Whitney Houston’s death.

“Like, the Black vloggers and sht talking about it—then they pull up the Whitney s*** and try to put me walking out of the hotel, as if I could get in there,” Ray J said during the stream. “I wasn’t even in there. So it’s like, what are y’all talking about?”

Ray J continued, “I gotta literally come out and explain what it really was, which is super disrespectful to Whitney. But now it’s getting out of control. I just ain’t never spoke on it out of respect, but it’s not okay. Like, a n**** wasn’t even there, bro.”

He added, “I’ll let a story build 'cause I don’t gotta explain myself. But eventually, if s*** gets too out of control and narratives are being created… I have to say something—even if you don’t want to. Because it’s like, yo, this s***’s crazy.”

As Orlando Brown’s video spreads online, it remains to be seen if Ray J will respond directly to the new allegations—or continue to maintain his silence.
