Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder Dame Dash has been ordered by a judge to surrender multiple business assets and copyrights after failing to pay an $823,284.71 judgment stemming from a lawsuit filed by filmmaker Josh Webber and Muddy Water Pictures, according to AllHipHop.

The court order compels Dash to relinquish control of several companies, including Dash Films Inc., Bluroc LLC, and Blakroc LLC. He must also turn over his interests in Lebanon Improvements LLC, Ocean East Improvements LLC, and 1996 Songs LLC.

In addition to his business holdings, Dash is required to forfeit ownership of several films, including Honor Up, Too Honorable, We Went to…China, and Welcome to Blakroc.

Dash has until June 16, 2025, to file any objections. If none are made—or if objections are denied—the U.S. Marshal’s office will move forward with auctioning the assets to satisfy the judgment.

The legal dispute stems from the film Dear Frank. Dash was removed from the project and subsequently filed a lawsuit against Webber for copyright infringement and defamation. However, the court sided with Webber, awarding him $705,400 in damages, plus an additional $117,884.71 in attorney fees and interest, bringing the total to over $823,000.
