Snoop Dogg recently sat down with The Shade Room and shared his reaction to the explosive allegations surrounding Diddy's ongoing federal trial.

When asked if the accusations surprised him, Snoop admitted he was taken aback—particularly by the way Diddy is accused of treating his staff.

"I'm very surprised. I'm ultimately surprised," he said. "I don't expect none of these types of things to be happening. When I was given my position of power, I like to take advantage of it in a positive way—treat people good and make sure that the people who work with me don’t feel like they work for me."

Snoop emphasized the importance of maintaining respect and goodwill in all professional relationships, even when parting ways. “When I separate from people, it’s done in love,” he added. “No bad vibes or anything of that nature.”

While Snoop chose not to delve deeply into the specifics of the case or Diddy's alleged behavior, his comments arrive amid growing public scrutiny of the hip-hop mogul.

His remarks follow a more pointed response from former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight, who recently spoke to CNN about Diddy’s legal troubles. Knight suggested that if Diddy were to speak openly and honestly about his past, he might have a chance to sway the jury.

“I feel if he do tell his truth, he really would walk,” Knight said. “If Puffy goes up there and says, ‘Hey … I did all the drugs, I wasn’t in control of my life at the time, or myself’—he can humanize his old self and the jury might give him a shot.”

Knight added, “But if they keep him sitting down, it’s like he’s scared to face the music. He should just have his faith in God, put up his pants, and go up there and tell his truth.”

As Diddy's legal proceedings continue to unfold, members of the hip-hop community—and the public—continue to watch closely.
