News broke on Thursday (May 30) that Offset submitted revised documents in his ongoing divorce proceedings with Cardi B, revealing that he’s requesting spousal support. While the specific amount hasn’t been disclosed, Cardi didn’t hold back when responding to the news—and she made her feelings crystal clear in a fiery rant on X Spaces.
According to Cardi, she was blindsided by the revelation and took particular issue with reports from The Breakfast club claiming that she “was asking for everything” and because she “doesn’t be with [her] kids.” Cardi went off on the livestream, calling out Offset directly.
Among her many explosive remarks, she said, “And the fact that I’m waking up right now to see that this f*** n**** and his f*** a** team—I know it’s not his team. I know it’s his b**** a**—gonna tell The Breakfast Club the only reason why this motherfer asking for spousal support [is] because I was asking for everything and because I don’t be with my kids. Yo, you such a f***ing py a n****. "
Things escalated from there, with Cardi unleashing dark wishes for Offset and venting her frustration about feeling harassed. “I want you to die, but I want you to die f***ing slow, n****. When you die, n****, I want you to die slow in the bed. And when you die, n****, you gotta think of me.”
After that, Cardi clarified that what she really wants is peace. “I just want n****s to leave me alone. I just want to be left alone! I just want to be free! Baby, whatever the f*** you want, I'll give it to you. I just want to be free! I don't want to be called 40,000 times, threatening me!”
Cardi also accused Offset of staying in the Atlanta home she’s been paying for over the past year, stating, “He wants the Atlanta house—you’re in the Atlanta house right now!” she shouted.
She revealed that she’s been tempted to confront Offset and his rumored girlfriend at the property but has been holding herself back. “I’ve been trying not to go over there and clap s*** up,” she said, adding again that she’s just seeking peace in her life.
On the financial side, Cardi said she’s been paying $50,000 a month to take care of their kids alone, claiming Offset hasn’t helped. She even challenged him to publicly state when he last spent time with them.
Toward the end of her rant, Cardi changed tone slightly and encouraged Offset to get help, saying, “You’re not mentally well.”
