Sean "Diddy" Combs' federal trial resumed on Tuesday (May 27) after a pause over the holiday weekend, with dramatic new testimony from his former assistant, Capricorn Clark.

Taking the stand, Clark recounted an intense conversation she overheard between Diddy and his late manager, Chris Lighty, following an event at MTV. According to Clark, Diddy was discussing his feud with 50 Cent and remarked, "I don’t like all the back and forth … I like guns."

50 Cent reacted to the testimony on Instagram with a mix of disbelief and sarcasm, posting, "Wait a minute — Puffy's got a gun? I can't believe this. I don't feel safe LOL."

He later added, "Oh my goodness itty bitty Diddy wants me Dead, I have to lay low, ☹️I think I’m gonna hide out at the playoff game tonight. LOL."

Clark also testified about a chilling incident where Diddy allegedly threatened her life after discovering she had previously worked with his longtime rival, Suge Knight. “He told me that he didn’t know I had anything to do with Suge Knight and that if anything happened, he would have to kill me,” she said.

She added that she took the threat seriously: “I felt like there was some gravitas — that he had some issues with Suge.”

Another disturbing episode emerged during Clark’s testimony: she alleged that after some of Diddy’s jewelry went missing, she was kidnapped and threatened. According to Clark, Diddy and his head of security, Paul “Uncle Paulie” Offord, brought her to the Bad Boy offices, where she was subjected to lie detector tests for five consecutive days.

“He said, ‘If you fail this test, they’re going to throw you in the East River,’” she recalled.

When asked why she continued to return for testing, Clark explained her motivation was fear — and a desire to clear her name. “I just wanted to prove my innocence,” she said. “I didn’t like the threats. I just wanted to get through it.”
