Sean "Diddy" Combs’ legal team has filed a motion to exclude testimony from Kid Cudi in Diddy’s ongoing federal trial, citing a lack of evidence to support the claims, according to TMZ.

Legal documents obtained by the outlet reveal that Diddy's attorneys argue Cudi’s allegation—that Diddy was involved in the 2012 incident where his Porsche was set on fire—is based on speculation rather than fact. They assert there is no concrete evidence linking Diddy to the arson.

During his testimony, Kid Cudi recounted that his car was vandalized—its top cut open and a Molotov cocktail thrown inside, causing it to catch fire. However, he admitted there were no witnesses, fingerprints, or physical evidence tying Diddy to the crime. Cudi also testified that when he confronted Diddy about the incident, the music mogul denied any knowledge of it.

The judge has not yet ruled on the motion to strike Cudi’s testimony.
