Model Rashida Nicole has revealed that she and NBA player LiAngelo Ball are officially married, following a whirlwind romance that reportedly began earlier this year.
Speculation about the couple’s relationship status intensified after the two exchanged affectionate messages on social media. LiAngelo referred to Rashida as “my baby,” to which she replied, “I love you.” When a fan asked if she saw herself marrying LiAngelo, Rashida simply responded, “Already did.”
The news comes amid ongoing controversy involving LiAngelo’s ex-girlfriend, Love & Hip Hop star Nikki Mudarris, who is also the mother of his two children, LaVelo Anthony and LaNiyah Nicole Ball.
Nikki previously accused LiAngelo of cheating and abandoning their young family. In a now-viral Instagram post, she wrote:
“We were just happy and planning family photos. I am beyond blindsided by this whole thing. The ultimate betrayal is not even the word. My daughter is not even two months old, and dealing with this and postpartum is very hard.”
Rashida and LiAngelo have yet to confirm their marriage with any official documentation, but Rashida’s statement has only fueled the speculation that the two have indeed tied the knot.
