Kanye West has fired off a cease and desist letter to his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, accusing her of exploiting their children and violating their custody agreement.

According to TMZ, Ye’s attorney, Kathy Johnson, sent the letter to Kim’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, addressing concerns over the former couple’s four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West.

In the legal notice, Kanye claims that Kim left their daughter North unattended in a vehicle while attending the Met Gala in New York earlier this week. He also alleges that Kim has ignored his repeated requests to stop posting images and videos of North on TikTok.

Further, Kanye accuses Kim of breaching their custody terms, which call for equal parenting and joint decision-making. He claims she has denied him "meaningful access" to their children, alleging he hasn’t seen Saint this year and that visits with North, Chicago, and Psalm have been "unreasonably restricted." However, reports note that Kanye was photographed with his kids during a trip to Japan in January.

Lastly, Kanye asserts that Kim’s continued posts featuring North on social media—particularly for commercial purposes—disregard his joint custodial rights and his objections to their children’s public exposure.
