Fresh off his unanimous decision win over Jose Ramirez on Saturday (May 2) in Times Square, Devin Haney is celebrating in style—by adding another high-end timepiece to his already impressive collection.
In a video posted online, Haney is seen with his jeweler, who unveils a luxury Audemars Piguet watch. “Alright! We’ve got another trophy added to the collection—Rainbow Frosted 41 millimeter. Another seven-figure day,” the jeweler announces. The watch appears to be the Royal Oak Frosted Gold Double Balance Wheel Openworked “Rainbow,” a coveted model that can retail for over $500,000.
Haney confirmed that this is his second Audemars Rainbow, prompting the jeweler to tease more to come: “We’re not done yet. We’ve got another factory rose gold SARU with a pavé bracelet,” referring to the Rolex GMT-Master II 126755SARU—a lavish piece known for its factory-set diamonds and sapphires.
While the champ was clearly enjoying his post-fight spoils, not everyone was impressed. One social media user commented sarcastically, “Wow! A fighter showing off jewelry…groundbreaking. Are we still supposed to be impressed by this? All I see are mid-tier fighters on Instagram flashing cars and jewelry. It’s so corny. Here’s an idea—how about impressing us inside the ring?”
Haney didn’t hold back in his response. “Mid-tier or not, that’s your personal opinion,” he replied. “But let’s look at accomplishments. I’ve done what your favorite fighter has done—and more—by the age of 26. First, you had something to say about me having security. Now it’s about me buying jewelry with money I earned taking punches?”
Despite the criticism, Haney continues to assert his dominance both inside the ring and out—reminding fans and critics alike that success comes in many forms.
