DJ Vlad was among the panelists on Piers Morgan Uncensored to discuss the growing controversy surrounding Irish hip-hop trio Kneecap, who made anti-Israel statements during their recent Coachella performance.

Joining Vlad on the panel were Sharon Osbourne, American-Israeli rapper Nissim Black, FaZe Clan CEO Lee Trink, and Palestinian journalist Ahmed Eldin.

When asked for his take, DJ Vlad made it clear he supports Kneecap’s right to free speech — but emphasized that speech comes with accountability.

“I’m Jewish myself, and they can say what they want — I support Kneecap’s freedom of speech. They should be able to say whatever they want, but freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from consequence,” Vlad said. “If there’s certain countries or venues that don’t agree with their stance, then that’s the consequence they’ll have to deal with.”

He also referenced a controversial image the group posted to X, formerly Twitter, featuring a Star of David intertwined with a swastika.

“Ultimately, they can’t be canceled everywhere — they have fans. Maybe when Kanye goes on tour, they could open up for him. But if you want to take a pro-terrorist stance, if you want to take a pro-Nazi stance, just deal with the consequences and don’t backtrack after the fact.”

The conversation sparked heated debate on the show, highlighting the broader tensions between artistic expression, political activism, and public backlash. You can watch in full above.
