Comedian Mike Epps is firing back after former boxing champ James Toney claimed he has beef with him in a recent Instagram post.
In the video, Toney is seen on the phone saying, “If you ain’t scared, call me back. Loser!” He then turns to someone off-camera and reveals, “That was Mike Epps I was calling.”
Toney doubled down in the caption, writing: “@therealmikeepps been dodgin’ this fade like it’s taxes! Talkin’ big but disappearin’ quicker than his Netflix specials. Quit duckin’, funny man — I got jokes too... and they hit harder! Lights out baby 🥊”
Epps has since responded, saying he’s confused about the beef but made it clear he’s not backing down. He stated, "What did I do where we got beef with each other?" before adding, “Line it up.”
It’s unclear whether the back-and-forth is playful banter or a serious challenge — but fans are watching closely to see if this turns into a roast battle or a ringside showdown.
