Jordon Hudson, the 24-year-old girlfriend of legendary NFL coach Bill Belichick, has reportedly built a real estate portfolio worth approximately $9 million since the couple began dating in 2023.
According to the Daily Mail, Hudson has purchased four properties since meeting the 73-year-old former New England Patriots coach in 2021. Public records list Hudson as the borrower on each of the purchases, and all of the homes are reportedly fully paid off.
Hudson also established a legal entity, the TCE Trust, on June 12, 2023, which appears to be tied to her real estate transactions.
In a flurry of acquisitions in December 2023—while Belichick was wrapping up his final season with the Patriots—Hudson bought three multi-family homes over the span of just three days. Two of the properties were purchased for $2.2 million and $2.3 million, respectively, both backed by $1.1 million mortgages. Each building is divided into three spacious apartments. A third property, also priced at $2.3 million, was bought the same day and features a similar three-unit layout.
Her fourth acquisition is a more modest two-bedroom, 1,200-square-foot cottage in Harwich, Massachusetts.
Beyond real estate, Hudson has also established 18 companies under her name, most of them registered in Massachusetts.
