The Fulton County Sheriff's Office has released the mugshot of a woman accused of making a false 911 call that sparked a string of events that ended in rapper Young Scooter's death. Demetria Spence, 31, was booked on charges of transmitting a false public alarm.

Spence waived her appearance in court on Wednesday (April 2), and her bond was set at $7,500. She was also ordered to stay away from the scene of the incident, not to have contact with witnesses, and not possess any weapons.

Spence is accused of making a phone call over the weekend claiming to be neighborhood watch and seeing men engaging in drug trafficking and prostitution. The caller claimed that they saw a naked woman being beaten and dragged into the house, adding that there was a child involved.

When police showed up to the home, two men, including Young Scooter, fled from the house on foot. One of the men came back, but Young Scooter reportedly hopped two fences and suffered a leg injury that later led to his death.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that Young Scooter's fatal leg injury came from sharp wooden debris, likely from one of the fences he hopped over. Authorities maintain that no officers fired their weapons during the pursuit.
