The ex-girlfriend, who goes by the handle @itsmselfmade on Instagram, posted a video of Young M.A. in the hospital, along with a caption that read: "When I first met you, you ended up like this within the next few weeks, telling me how you’d been sick. I GOT YOU TO WHERE YOU ARE NOW. I nursed you every day, all day, without even knowing what was really going on. Let’s be real, I left you because you were holding me back. You didn’t like me having success and making money. You hated on me."
In the post, the ex-girlfriend also indicated she would share her side of the story publicly, while defending herself against accusations that her actions were motivated by a desire for attention.
In response, Young M.A. took to social media to address the situation. She expressed her disappointment, saying, "I just feel like that was so foul. You feel me, that's just foul. I don’t even know how someone could have the urge or the willingness to do something like that. It speaks a lot, and I never knew this was her character. But people are people sometimes, and you never really know."
The "OOOUUU" rapper also reassured her fans, adding, "This is real. I went through a really dark time in my life, but I’m good now. I’m very healthy, and my supporters know that."
