Tracy Morgan took to Instagram to reassure concerned fans after a surprising incident at Monday night’s (March 17) Knicks vs. Miami Heat game. The comedian was seen vomiting while seated courtside at Madison Square Garden, briefly delaying the game before being wheeled out in a wheelchair.
Fortunately, Morgan was taken to the hospital, where doctors determined the cause was food poisoning. Addressing the situation with his signature humor, he wrote on Instagram:
"Thank you for all your concern! I’m doing okay now, and doctors say it was food poisoning. Appreciate my MSG family for taking such good care of me, and I need to shout out the crew that had to clean that up. Appreciate you!"
Never one to miss a comedic opportunity, Morgan found a silver lining in the ordeal. He joked, "More importantly, the Knicks are now 1-0 when I throw up on the court, so maybe I’ll have to break it out again in the playoffs 😅 #GoKnicks."
With Morgan back to his usual self and the Knicks securing a win, fans can breathe a sigh of relief—though hopefully, he won’t need to test his theory come playoff time.
