Footage shared by No Jumper appears to show rapper Lefty Gunplay being taken into custody at Rolling Loud, just minutes before his scheduled performance over the weekend.
While official reports have yet to confirm whether he was formally arrested, the video shows Lefty Gunplay being placed in handcuffs near the festival grounds. Shortly after, Rolling Loud’s official Twitter account announced a last-minute lineup change, stating:
"Unfortunately, Lefty Gunplay will not be performing. Stunna Girl will be performing at 5:45 PM on the D’USSÉ Stage."
This incident follows Lefty Gunplay’s recent legal troubles in El Paso, where he was arrested late last month and charged with failure to wear a seatbelt, possession of a prohibited item in a correctional facility, and possession of a controlled substance. Fans have since speculated whether his latest encounter with law enforcement is connected to the previous charges.
As of now, no further details have been released regarding his status or the reasons behind his apparent arrest at Rolling Loud.
