A clip from the event circulated on social media, with captions suggesting that the 60-year-old actress had undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). One widely shared post read: "Vivica Fox celebrates getting a successful BBL at 60 years old." The rumor caught 50 Cent’s eye, prompting him to comment, "Wait, let me see."
This isn’t the first time Vivica has faced speculation about cosmetic surgery. Following a past appearance on The Tamron Hall Show, she was also accused of undergoing a BBL. At the time, she shut down the rumors, responding on social media: "I’M SMILING & HAPPY! JEEZ! NO WORRIES! I’M GUUD DAWLING!"
Despite their past, Vivica has spoken fondly of 50 Cent, even calling him the love of her life during a 2021 interview with VladTV: "The love that I had for him, and still to this day, will always — he was the love of my life." 50 Cent later responded, stating that he wasn’t bothered by her comments: "At the time that we actually connected with each other, we were unconscious of everything else."
