Amber Rose made headlines during her recent appearance on "Club Shay Shay," where she claimed that her explosive altercation with Joseline Hernandez stemmed from repeated unwanted sexual advances.
Speaking with Shannon Sharpe, Amber alleged, "Joseline Hernandez was trying to have sex with me the whole time I was on 'College Hill.' She was in my ear, saying, ‘Just give me a chance one time… If you’re cool with it, we can do it in front of my husband. But if not, it could just be me and you.’”
Following Amber’s claims, Joseline quickly responded with a strongly worded statement denying the allegations and threatening legal action. “I don’t condone any sexual misconduct. I’m a mother and a wife. My lawyers are involved in this matter because I’m in disbelief,” she wrote.
She doubled down on her stance, warning, “Anyone involved in spreading these lies will face consequences. My lawyers are handling it as we speak. I don’t recommend anyone jumping into this without fact-checking, because this s** is about to get ugly.”*
Amber, however, was unfazed by Joseline’s legal threats and fired back in the comments section of The Shade Room. She wrote, "Lmaooo lawyer??? B*** please. I’ll countersue for defamation. You went on The Breakfast Club and Drink Champs lying about putting my head through a glass window. You don’t wanna play these games with me, Joseline. My money is way longer than yours. Take your L like I did on the internet. Don’t cry now just because I told the truth."
She even tagged witnesses from College Hill—including Ray J, Iman Shumpert, BlameItOnKway, and Tracey Edmonds—implying that they could back up her claims.
As tensions continue to rise, it remains to be seen whether this dispute will escalate into a legal battle or if the drama will play out in the court of public opinion.
