The woman who anonymously accused Jay-Z of raping her at age 13—and later dismissed the lawsuit—is standing by her original allegations, according to TMZ.

In new legal documents, the woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims that Jay-Z’s team is using intimidation tactics against her. She alleges that two individuals, who claimed to be investigators for one of Jay-Z’s attorneys, recently cornered her and pressured her to sign an affidavit stating that her rape claims were false. The investigators also allegedly asked if her attorney, Tony Buzbee, had paid her to fabricate the allegations. Jane Doe denied both claims and was left shaken, particularly since she filed the lawsuit anonymously and was unsure how they obtained her identity.

She also claims that her parents were similarly approached and questioned.

According to Jane Doe, she ultimately dropped the lawsuit out of fear of being publicly identified and attacked in the media.

Despite the case being dismissed, Jay-Z has since filed a defamation lawsuit against Jane Doe and her attorney, Tony Buzbee. In response, Buzbee issued a statement to TMZ, denouncing the lawsuit as baseless and accusing Jay-Z’s team of harassment:

"This new case alleges the same claims as the other one they pieced together and filed in Los Angeles. Like the one in L.A., this new case in Alabama also has no legal merit. Shawn Carter’s investigators have repeatedly harassed, threatened, and harangued this poor woman for weeks, trying to intimidate her and make her recant her story. She hasn’t, and won’t. Instead, she has stated repeatedly she stands by her claims."

Buzbee also accused Jay-Z’s investigators of misconduct, stating, "These same investigators have been caught on tape offering to pay people to sue me and my firm. After speaking with Jane Doe today, it’s clear to me that the quotes attributed to her in the lawsuit are completely made up, or they spoke to someone who isn’t Jane Doe. This is just another attempt to intimidate and bully this poor woman, which we will deal with in due course. We won’t be bullied or intimidated by frivolous cases."

The legal battle between Jay-Z, Jane Doe, and Buzbee appears far from over, with both sides firmly standing their ground.
