Texas rapper G$ Lil Ronnie and his 5-year-old daughter, R'Mani, were tragically killed in a shooting at a car wash in the Fort Worth suburb of Forest Hill on Monday (March 3) morning.
The incident occurred around 10:45 a.m. as Ronnie and his daughter sat inside his car while it was being washed by machines. According to police, two men jumped out of a white four-door Kia and opened fire, unleashing 20 to 30 gunshots at Ronnie's vehicle.
Surveillance footage captured the horrifying moment as one of the gunmen chased Ronnie around the car before fatally shooting him. The suspects then fled the scene.
Officers arrived quickly and attempted to save Ronnie and R'Mani, but both tragically succumbed to their injuries.
Authorities have since identified one of the gunmen and have issued a murder warrant for his arrest. More details are expected to emerge as the investigation continues.
