Drake has officially settled his lawsuit against iHeartMedia, which accused the media giant of illegally accepting payola payments from Universal Music Group (UMG) to boost radio airplay for Kendrick Lamar’s diss track, "Not Like Us."

A source close to the situation confirmed to Rolling Stone that both parties reached a resolution, stating:

"In exchange for documents that showed iHeart did nothing wrong, Drake agreed to drop his petition. No payments were made—by either one of us."

Court documents obtained by the outlet confirm the agreement, reading:

"Petitioner and iHeartMedia, Inc. have reached an amicable resolution of the dispute to the satisfaction of both sides."

Drake’s team also issued a brief statement on the matter:

"We are pleased that the parties were able to reach a settlement satisfactory to both sides and have no further comment on this matter."

While the legal dispute with iHeart is now resolved, Drake’s legal battle with UMG is still ongoing. The rapper continues to allege that the label engaged in defamatory practices by promoting Lamar’s diss track, which accuses Drake of being a pedophile.

With one lawsuit behind him, it remains to be seen how the high-profile feud between Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and UMG will unfold.
