Diddy’s legal team has filed a motion to suppress evidence obtained during federal raids on his properties, arguing that authorities "presented a grossly distorted picture of the facts" when securing search warrants.
According to TMZ, the motion, submitted on Sunday (February 23), claims that warrant applications omitted crucial context, including the credibility of a key witness who allegedly had a motive to fabricate their claims. The filing states, "But it worked—the government got its warrants, leaked damaging information, and then executed its military-style raids at Combs's residences. Here, rather than giving the reviewing magistrate a fair summary, the government hid exculpatory evidence to bolster its case."
Federal agents raided Diddy’s homes in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, seizing hard drives, surveillance equipment, and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil. The music mogul was later arrested in September and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
