Another man is stepping forward and accusing Diddy of assault in a new lawsuit filed on Monday (February 10) in New York.
The man filed anonymously through attorney Tony Buzbee as John Doe and claims that he was approached by a scout for Diddy in 2022 while he was performing around Los Angeles. The plaintiff says he was then invited to Diddy's birthday party and was picked up by a driver who brought him to a private home.
It was at the home that John Doe met Diddy, who allegedly told him, "My assistant told me you have a beautiful voice. Sit down, have a drink with me, and let’s talk business."
From there, the man says that Diddy offered him a drink and promised that he could secure him a record deal. After drinking the drink, the man began to feel strange, and Diddy asked if he wanted to look at his jewelry collection.
John Doe alleges that Diddy took him to a private room, exposed himself, and asked if he had ever performed oral sex on a man, and urged him to try. The man then says he tried to leave the room, but Diddy prevented him from leaving and told him that he wouldn't get a record contract if he did. He then alleges that Diddy "lost his patience" and "forcefully" put his penis into the plaintiff's mouth.
Diddy's representative responded to the lawsuit, telling PEOPLE, "As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor."
