Spice's career momentum didn't stop there. Her debut album earned a historic Grammy nomination for Best Reggae Album, making her the first hardcore female dancehall artist to achieve this honor. This milestone, she says, serves as an inspiration to other women in the industry.
In 2022, Spice was officially crowned the Queen of Dancehall. Although she had long carried the genre on her shoulders, the official recognition felt like a monumental stamp of approval.
