Netflix recently released its docu-series on Lou Pearlman, the disgraced talent manager who is credited with putting N'Sync and The Backstreet Boys together. Pearlman passed away in 2016 while serving a 25-year sentence for a $300 million Ponzi and bank fraud scheme. In 2020, late music artist Aaron Carter talked about suing Pearlman, alleging the manager had cheated him out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties.
