Michael Corleone Blanco, Griselda Blanco's youngest son, has refuted speculations that his notorious drug lord mother was involved in the deaths of her first two husbands. Michael shared that his mother, Griselda, met her first husband, Carlos Trujillo, at 13 years old. Trujillo, a local bootlegger and numbers runner, taught Griselda the ropes of the illicit trade, which later led them into dealing marijuana. Michael debunked the urban legend that Griselda had her husbands killed, explaining that Trujillo died of Hepatitis B in a New York hospital. Similarly, her second husband, Alberto Bravo, was not killed by her, contrary to popular belief. He detailed how Griselda's drug business took off in the '70s after she and Bravo figured out how to transport larger amounts of drugs to the U.S. Contrary to the reported relationship. However, Michael remarked that Griselda and Bravo's marriage was not based on romance but was rather a strategic move for her to gain US citizenship.
